This is not one beer, but an isolation collaboration – eight different beers brewed with a unified ingredient – Kveik Yeast. What the heck is Kveik?! It’s a generations old Norwegian yeast that does magical things in high heat and in little time. It’s fun and funky and brewers are swooning over it.
Smoked Wild Sockeye secret is simple- we start with the highest quality sockeye salmon. Our recipe uses low salt and a light alder smoke to retain moisture. It is perfect for picnics, car or bicycle trips, and sporting events. Shredded over hot pasta, this smoked sockeye makes for an easy but elegant dinner. Certified Kosher.

Thick pieces of wild salmon from Southeast, Alaska are gently smoked with natural alder wood, preserving their firm texture and rich wild salmon flavor. Then they are hand packed into cans and cooked to perfection. Shelf stable for 4-5 years.
A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
